To the Rejected

Do you ever fear that, when you die, you might burn in hell forever? Do you ever think that, maybe God doesn't love you? That maybe you're not good enough to stand before Him? That maybe He doesn't want you there?
When you mess up, has anyone ever made you feel like God is angry with you? When you fail, do they make you feel worthless? When you stumble, do they tell you you're in danger of God's wrath?
You're not alone. Every day, billions of people across the world are told that God has rejected them, that He loves them, but if they don't reciprocate, he will burn them forever in hell. This isn't love, it's abuse. It leaves a sick feeling in the stomach, but we put a smile on our faces and we accept the offer, because we're afraid.
But God's love doesn't have conditions, and it doesn't change. He loved you before you were born, He loved you when you were a child, and He loves you still. You're not going to burn in hell, and you're not worthless. God wants you near Him. He loves to be in your presence. There's too much evidence in the Greek and Hebrew manuscripts of the bible to suggest otherwise. If God didn't want imperfect people to be in His presence, He would've never allowed it. But He did. God came down to this earth in the form of Jesus Christ, and walked amongst sinners and prostitutes, and ate with drunkards and thieves, because He wanted to be with us. Why is their any doubt left that He wants to be near you?
The New Covenant Group is working hard to dispel the mythology of an angry and wrathful God. Dr. Michael W. Jones, the founder and visionary of The New Covenant Group, has gathered a mountain of evidence over the years, which proves that any such notions that God could be so evil, are nothing short of fairy tales to scare children and adults alike into subjugation.
Two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ walked the face of the earth, urging people to leave religion and follow Him. Today, The New Covenant Group issues the same challenge. Whether you are a Baptist or a Pentacostal, a Catholic or a Jew, a Muslim, a Hindu, an Atheist, or anything else, we're all imperfect and we're all God's created children. We urge you to put your religious baggage to the side, and follow Jesus Christ. He doesn't see the buildings or the walls, the borders or the conflicts. He only sees the people, and He loves every last one. No threats. No forced reciprocation. No fear of unending pain. Only love, no matter who you are.
